will be a 1986 Topps Garbage Pail Kids Original Series 3, Punchy Perry 97a card. This is the die-cut error card with a two star copyright print. 100% original & authentic. By that I mean, I’m the original & only owner of this card, pulled from a pack upon initial release.
Pre-owned/used condition & ungraded. Fully intact with wear on the corners, edges and surface. Card is placed in a soft penny sleeve inside of a semi rigid top loader which is included when shipped.
